03

Why the brand keeps getting put off.

  • You don't want to be on camera, and every option seems to need your face.
  • You keep starting and stopping. No consistent identity, just scattered drafts.
  • The AI tools never sound like you, and you can't work out how to fix it.

Every week it stays unbuilt, your work stays invisible to the people who need it.

What gets built

Built from your business. Yours to keep.

Not a template. A full brand system, built from your own audience, voice, product, and proof. You own all of it. No retainer.

Positioning

Your audience, voice, and content pillars, written down. You stop guessing what to post.

The persona

A faceless character that fronts every post, or a stylized version of you. Nobody films anything.

The visual system

The rules that keep the persona consistent, so new images always look like your brand.

The voice guide

How your brand sounds, written down. The AI sounds like you, not like ChatGPT.

The prompt library

A custom GPT loaded with your voice. Type a prompt, get content ready to publish.

The Content OS

A Notion workspace that runs it all, with publish-ready content already inside. A VA can run it without you.

At handoff you get the files, the docs, and a walkthrough. I keep no access unless you ask me back.

What you have on the other side.

A face that isn't yours, and looks like it always was.

One character, one world, one style, generated and documented. Your brand shows up. You stay off screen.

An AI that writes in your voice, not ChatGPT's.

Generic output is an input problem. Yours is loaded with your positioning, voice, and proof, so it does not drift back to generic over time.

A month of content, already in the queue.

You open the system on day one to a mapped calendar. No blank page, no decisions before your first post.

A system a VA can run without you.

The Content OS, the workflow, the repurposing recipes, all documented. You can hand it off the day it lands.

One payment, then nothing but the tools.

No retainer, no maintenance plan. It runs on what you already own, plus $20 a month for ChatGPT.

Before Offscreen, you were the content system. After, you're not.

06 Proof

Before the first client brief, Offscreen existed.

Every part of this was built on a real AI persona first, using the same method you are buying.

Mika is an AI persona I built end to end before any client paid me. One generated character, consistent across every image, with a full system behind her — built to answer the question you're asking: can a brand show up online with no real face, and no founder on camera?

  • A consistent AI persona with a documented visual system.
  • Positioning and a voice guide.
  • A content system in Notion.
  • A prompt library that produces on-voice content.
  • A full funnel, from quiz to email to product.
  • Finished, publish-grade content.

You're looking at the finished output of the exact build you'd get — run on my material here, on yours when it's your turn.

The hard part was never the persona. It was the mess around it: good tools scattered across tabs, prompts rewritten from memory. So I put the whole thing into one system, documented to run without me holding it together. That's what you get.

Everything here was built with the system you are buying.

07 Process

How the build works.

Fixed scope, clear deliverables, no surprises. You know what you walk away with at every phase.

01

Intake

You fill out a structured intake form: your business, your audience, your offers, where the gaps are. I read all of it before I build anything.

You get: confirmation that we are a fit, and a start date.

02

Map

We define who you talk to, how your brand sounds, and the four things it posts about. The foundation everything else is built on.

You get: a positioning and voice document to review.

03

Build

I build the persona, the visual system, the content OS, and the prompt library, in your tools and your accounts.

You get: a complete brand system, organized and ready to run.

04

Compose

I produce your starter content from the prompt library and set it up so you can publish from it.

You get: your starter content, ready to schedule.

05

Handoff

I walk you through the whole system, recorded, so you can revisit any part on your own time.

You get: the files, the documentation, and a walkthrough you keep. You own it all.

08 About

Behind the build.

I have spent years in product and systems design, working behind the scenes. Capable people stay invisible online, not because the work is not worth showing, but because every option asks for the same thing: your face, or a team.

The tools to fix this already exist. The system to put them together did not. That is what Offscreen builds. I built this once on my own AI persona before building it for anyone else. The founder works offscreen too. That part is deliberate.

Who this is not for

Not the right fit if you are pre-offer or still testing whether the business works. Also not for anyone who wants a retainer, a social media manager, or a ghostwriter on call. This is a system you own, not a service you keep paying for.

Hiring this out piece by piece runs into the thousands, and you still would not own a system. This is one build, one payment, all of it yours.

If any deliverable misses the brief we agreed at kickoff, I revise it until it matches. The Full Build includes a 14-day window for this.

Taking 3 founding clients at the Pilot price.

10 FAQ

Before you ask.

Will this sound like me, or like every other AI account?

Like you. Before any content gets made, I build a voice guide from how you actually write, and the tools pull from it. Generic output is an input problem. The voice guide is the input.

Can I just do this myself with ChatGPT?

You can. It takes about 30 to 40 hours: researching how to build a persona, testing prompt structures, working out what makes AI content stop sounding generic, building a content system from scratch, and documenting all of it so it holds together when you are not watching. The work is the obstacle, not the tools. This is that work, already done and structured to run reliably.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer on Fiverr?

A freelancer hands you an output. This hands you a system. A logo is not a brand. A few posts are not a content system. After this, you can brief a VA, a GPT, or anyone else to continue the brand without starting over. That is what documentation and structure give you that a one-off hire does not.

Do I have to be on camera or show my face?

No. That is the whole point. Your brand runs on a generated persona, or a stylized version of you if you prefer. You never film anything.

What does it cost to keep running after handoff?

About $20 a month for ChatGPT, where your prompt library lives. Notion is free for what you need. No retainer, and nothing paid to me after handoff.

What do I own at the end? Can I use it without you?

Everything lives in your accounts: your Notion workspace, your files, your prompts. I have no ongoing access after delivery unless you invite me back. A one-time fee means no subscriptions and no dependency. If I shut down tomorrow, your brand system keeps running.

What if I am not happy with it?

The voice guide and positioning are reviewed and approved before I build anything on top of them, so we agree on direction first. If a deliverable misses the brief we agreed at kickoff, I revise it until it matches. The Full Build includes a 14-day window for this.

What if I am pre-revenue, is this the right time?

It depends. If you know what you sell and who you sell it to, a brand system speeds up how fast people come to trust you. If you are still working out your offer, the build will not hold, because the content depends on knowing what you are moving people toward. If you are that early, start with the Founding Pilot.

How long does it take?

7 to 14 days for the Founding Pilot, 14 to 21 days for the Full Build, from kickoff to handoff. The timeline depends on you returning the intake and your feedback on time.

Which one should I pick?

The Founding Pilot if you want a fast start and to test the approach. The Full Build if you want the complete system, with a calendar and a content OS a VA can run without you.
